Frankie

One day, out of the blue 10 week old Frankie collapsed and was paralysed. After lots of testing, he was finally diagnosed with IMPA which is a condition where his immune system is attacking his joints.

Our fantastic volunteers, Phyl & Ian very kindly offered to take Frankie home and care for him as he needed daily meds and constant supervision.

A few months down the line, after many ups and downs, it was thought that Frankie was well enough to be rehomed, although he would need a very special home where great care would need to be taken with him.

We are all delighted that when it came to it, Phyl & Ian couldn’t part with Frankie and decided to adopt him ❀️🐾

Frankie is loving life with his new siblings, Bear & Issy and is slowly improving.

In time, we hope that he will be able to have a “normal” life but in the meantime, we know Phyl & Ian will do everything they can to give him a fantastic life.

Thank you both for all you have done and are continuing to do! πŸ’™πŸΎπŸ’™πŸΎ
